Price

Unless specified, prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and charged as such. Prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable unless because of cancellations as detailed in individual product terms specified at time of booking. All refunds are in NZD and subject to fluctuations in currency/exchange rates.

Pricing Validity

Pricing and tour times shown on our website are valid until 31 July 2023 and are subject to change without notice.

Availability

All tours are subject to availability and weather conditions.

Guided tours depart rain or shine. We only cancel tours in the case of an extreme weather situation.
