Announcing our Gala Dinner Menu

Get excited! The Sanctuary Mountain Maungatautari - Mauri of the Maunga Gala Dinner menu for 2024 is being announced!

Bite L.A.B. is supporting Sanctuary Mountain Maungatautari for another year as our Catering Partner. 

 

MENU 

 

Canape -

  • Goat’s Curd, Pear Jam Crostini
  • Crispy Slow Cooked Beef, Horseradish Celeriac Creme
  • Hot Pork Bell, Szechuan Cucumber, Apple Jelly

Entree - 

  • Smoked Duck Breast, Heirloom Carrot, Pedro Ximenez, Chestnut Puree, Enoki Mushroom
  • Cold Smoked Salmon, Kawakawa Creme Fraiche, Lemon and Crisp Bread

Course  - 

  • Beef Fillet Shiitake and Beef Cheek Crust, Fondant Potato, Confit Carrot, Onion Soubise, Exotic Mushroom
  • Pork Belly, Shoulder Croquette, Butternut Puree, Puy Lentils, Cider Jus

Dessert - 

  • Selection of Petit Four
