We operate every day except for Christmas Day, 25th of December
Sanctuary Explorer Day passes to the sanctuary, either purchased online or at our visitor centre reception need to be collected from our visitor centre by 4pm. You can still enter the southern enclosure visitor showcase area of the sanctuary using your pass, after 4pm. For your safety, we recommend exiting the forest before sunset. Day pass cards can be returned to the visitor centre via an after-hours return slot.
