Join us at the for some exciting activities during Conservation Week.

Kids go free for conservation week (Sanctuary Explorer Pass (self-guided) only and limited to 2 children free of charge with every paying Adult/Senior/Student). 

Activities for families will be available at Manu Tioriori:

*See our new huia display and learn about the ancient wattlebird family.

*Participate in ‘The Jungle Within’ community arts project.

*A conservation week activity sheet.

*Kiwi guardians trail and demonstrations for how to earn more medals at home.

*Native plants from our nursery will be for sale to help plant for Aotearoa (New Zealand) wildlife at home.

Exclusive Sanctuary Highlights tours at 11:30am, 12:30pm and 1:30pm within te tui a tane the southern enclosure on Saturday 15th, Sunday 16th and Saturday. 22nd and Sunday 23rd of September.
